📝 VUS Scholarship Process/वीयूएस स्कॉलरशिप प्रक्रिया
- Application: Please provide your correct details on the application form for the scholarship. Read all instructions carefully and fill out the form completely.
- Document Verification: Upload required documents such as last year's results, your college ID or a bonafide certificate, the current year's fee receipt, and fee structure.
- Interview: Schedule an interview to discuss your eligibility and get to learn more about the scholarship scheme.
- Selection: The scholarship committee will review your application, documents, and interview performance. You will be notified about your selection through email.
- Disbursement: If selected, the scholarship funds will be sent to your bank account.
Note: Please check your email regularly, as it is our main way of communicating with you.
In Hindi:
- आवेदन: स्कॉलरशिप के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म में सही जानकारी भरें। सभी निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें और फॉर्म को पूरी तरह से भरें।
- दस्तावेज़ जांच: पिछले साल के रिजल्ट, कॉलेज आईडी या बोनाफाइड सर्टिफिकेट, इस साल की फीस की रसीद, और फीस स्ट्रक्चर जैसे जरूरी दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें।
- इंटरव्यू: एक इंटरव्यू शेड्यूल करें ताकि आपकी पात्रता पर चर्चा हो सके और स्कॉलरशिप योजना के बारे में अधिक जानकारी मिल सके।
- चयन: स्कॉलरशिप कमिटी आपके आवेदन, दस्तावेज़ और इंटरव्यू की समीक्षा करेगी। चयन के बारे में आपको ईमेल के जरिए सूचित किया जाएगा।
- राशि भेजना: अगर चयनित हुए, तो स्कॉलरशिप की राशि आपके बैंक खाते में भेज दी जाएगी।
- ध्यान दें: कृपया अपनी ईमेल को नियमित रूप से चेक करें, क्योंकि यह हमारे साथ संपर्क करने का मुख्य तरीका है।
🎓 Eligibility Criteria/पात्रता मानदंड
Academic Performance:
- Minimum 65% marks in 12th standard.
- Minimum 60% marks in 10th standard.
Income Criteria:
- Annual household income should not exceed Rs. 3 lakhs.
Domicile Requirement:
- Only Bihar domicile holders are eligible.
Course and Institution:
- Only students in regular courses at recognized institutions are eligible.
- Changing colleges mid-scholarship disqualifies further benefit.
In Hindi:
- शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन: 12वीं में कम से कम 65% और 10वीं में 60% अंक होने चाहिए।
- आय मानदंड: सालाना पारिवारिक आय 3 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- निवास: केवल बिहार के निवासी पात्र हैं।
- कोर्स: मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों के नियमित कोर्स वाले छात्र ही पात्र हैं। कॉलेज बदलने पर स्कॉलरशिप बंद कर दी जाएगी।
